📌 Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Previous experience working as a cleaner in a health or clinical environment
💪 Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
- Lift and move heavy equipment and cleaning supplies
- Work at heights using a stepladder
- Perform physically demanding cleaning tasks
- Operate industrial or heavy-duty cleaning equipment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good conflict-handling skills
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures
🧹 Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Cleaning of clinic areas including floors, walls, windows, and surfaces
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and scrubbing
- Cleaning toilets, drains, sluices, and waste areas
- Daily removal of refuse and cleaning of bins
- Proper handling, cleaning, and storage of equipment
- Assisting with general housekeeping duties such as linen care and patient support
- Following strict health and safety protocols when handling waste
- Attending in-service training sessions as required
