The Coordinator will be responsible for managing shift operations and ensuring that service, quality and productivity standards are consistently achieved.
You will work closely with the restaurant team to ensure customers receive efficient, friendly and professional service.
Your duties will include:
• Greet customers warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Take customer orders accurately, whether in person, through the drive-thru or for online pickups.
• Ensure food and drinks are presented neatly, correctly and on time.
• Check that customer orders match receipts and any special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area and presentation stations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company standards at all times.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient order flow.
• Handle minor customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
• Restock important items such as cups, lids, sauces and napkins.
• Support smooth day-to-day shift operations.
• Help maintain high standards of customer service, quality and productivity.
