Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Drive Sales & Meet Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed assigned weekly and monthly sales goals for the Lancôme counter.
- Provide Professional Makeovers: Perform high-quality makeovers and product demonstrations tailored to individual customer needs and skin types.
- Product Knowledge Mastery: Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of all Lancôme product ranges, while keeping informed about competitor offerings in other cosmetic houses.
- Customer Relationship Management: Deliver an elevated customer service experience, building long-term relationships and a loyal client base.
- Promotions & Special Events: Actively plan, host, and liaise with brand representatives for in-store cosmetic promotions, seasonal events, and launches.
- Counter Operations & Admin: Manage essential paperwork, admin tasks, and daily counter duties efficiently.
- Stock Control: Participate in regular stock counts, stock takes, and maintain precise inventory records to prevent shrink.
- Housekeeping Standards: Ensure the Lancôme display counter, testing units, and surrounding areas remain pristine, hygienic, and visually flawless at all times.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Cosmetic Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working directly with cosmetic and beauty products in a retail environment.
- Makeover Expertise: Basic to intermediate practical understanding of makeup application and how to conduct professional makeovers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with diverse customers.
- Administrative Skills: Strong basic administration knowledge and attention to detail for inventory and sales reporting.
- Personal Presentation: Immaculate personal grooming and professional appearance reflecting a luxury cosmetic brand image.
