Position Summary
Are you passionate about fashion, uplifted by helping others, and eager to deliver world-class customer service? Bras N Things is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our dedicated team at The Pavilion Shopping Centre in Durban, KZN.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers feel confident, empowered, and comfortable in their own skin. As a Sales Assistant, your primary objective is to transform everyday shopping into an uplifting, memorable experience. Working a 22.5-hour weekly roster across weekdays, evenings, and weekends, you will play a key role in maintaining store standards, driving sales, and contributing to a positive, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Elevate Customer Experiences: Warmly welcome every customer, offering personalized assistance and expert advice to create empowering shopping moments.
- Drive Sales & Store Goals: Actively contribute to personal and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Take Initiative: Anticipate store needs—whether restocking displays, organizing fitting rooms, or assisting team members—answering store challenges with a proactive mindset.
- Maintain Visual Standards: Ensure the store display, floor stock, and fitting areas are immaculate, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Active Communication: Communicate clearly, warmly, and positively with customers and colleagues to foster a vibrant team culture.
- Flexible Execution: Adapt smoothly to shifting store schedules, peak operational hours, and weekend trade flows.
What We Are Looking For
- Passion for Retail: A genuine love for fashion retail and creating meaningful, high-touch customer experiences.
- Upbeat Communication: Clear, energetic, and engaging interpersonal skills—people should be able to hear your smile!
- Proactive Attitude: The ability to use self-initiative and take ownership of daily tasks on the sales floor.
- Roster Flexibility: Full availability and willingness to work across a flexible 7-day roster, including day shifts, night shifts, and weekends.
- Experience (Preferred): Prior fashion or general retail experience is highly regarded, though passionate candidates new to retail are encouraged to apply.
