HR Professional (H08) Job Overview
The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Operations Manager and become part of the Human Resources Department at the Dudfield plant.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Professional will be responsible for:
- Providing integrated HR services across multiple HR functions
- Supporting management with HR policy implementation
- Promoting sound employee relations and industrial relations practices
- Facilitating Social and Labour Plans related to HRD and DMRE reporting
- Ensuring efficient HR administration and reporting

Minimum Requirements
