About the Learnership
This programme provides unemployed youth with an opportunity to gain practical workplace experience while studying towards a nationally recognised qualification in Clearing and Forwarding. Learners will work under the guidance of experienced professionals and gain exposure to import and export operations within one of the world’s leading logistics companies.

Key Responsibilities
Successful learners will:
- Support import and export operational processes.
- Assist with freight forwarding documentation.
- Receive, reconcile, consolidate, and organise documents.
- Maintain operational systems according to company procedures.
- Perform administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and reporting.
- Follow established company processes and systems.
- Support colleagues within the operations team.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Assist in ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Build knowledge and practical experience in freight forwarding operations.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have Grade 12 (Matric) or a relevant Transport & Logistics/Business qualification.
- Have obtained at least 65% in English in Matric.
- Be between 18 and 30 years of age.
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be unemployed.
- Not be studying at the time of application.
Advantage:
