About the Role
The successful candidate will assist with production recording, stock control, pallet preparation, inventory management, and general warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities
Your duties may include:
- Capturing production and stock movements accurately on Oracle systems
- Processing stock transactions promptly and correctly
- Reconciling stock against shift reports
- Conducting daily stock counts and stock reconciliations
- Investigating and reporting stock discrepancies and system variances
- Providing production and stock information to supervisors and team leaders
- Preparing, labelling, and stretch-wrapping pallets
- Ensuring pallets meet compliance, quality, and traceability requirements
- Assisting with receiving, staging, moving, and dispatching stock
- Completing production and inventory documentation accurately
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping within the work area
- Assisting with stock audits and inventory investigations
- Supporting production teams with general operational duties
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
- Performing additional duties assigned by management when required
Minimum Requirements

- Grade 12 (Matric)
