About the Role

The successful candidate will assist with production recording, stock control, pallet preparation, inventory management, and general warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities

Your duties may include:

  • Capturing production and stock movements accurately on Oracle systems
  • Processing stock transactions promptly and correctly
  • Reconciling stock against shift reports
  • Conducting daily stock counts and stock reconciliations
  • Investigating and reporting stock discrepancies and system variances
  • Providing production and stock information to supervisors and team leaders
  • Preparing, labelling, and stretch-wrapping pallets
  • Ensuring pallets meet compliance, quality, and traceability requirements
  • Assisting with receiving, staging, moving, and dispatching stock
  • Completing production and inventory documentation accurately
  • Maintaining excellent housekeeping within the work area
  • Assisting with stock audits and inventory investigations
  • Supporting production teams with general operational duties

Minimum Requirements
