Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Cleaning hospital wards, offices, and public areas.
- Emptying dustbins and disposing of waste correctly.
- Dusting and polishing furniture.
- Cleaning windows and walls.
- Washing floors and vacuuming carpets.
- Deep cleaning hospital toilets.
- Refilling toilet paper and hand soap dispensers.
- Cleaning kitchen areas and kitchen utensils.
- Assisting with tea and coffee during meetings and forums.
- Reporting maintenance issues such as broken lights or faulty locks.
- Warning staff about slippery floors and other hazards.
- Following infection prevention and control procedures.
- Using cleaning equipment and materials safely.
- Ensuring proper use of hospital resources.
- Complying with Human Resource and workplace policies.
