The YES Programme is a public-private initiative led by the Presidency to combat youth unemployment by providing meaningful workplace experience to young South Africans. About the Eskom YES Programme
The Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme gives unemployed youth the opportunity to gain real workplace experience in administration, office support, finance, human capital management, procurement, and other business support functions.
Successful candidates are appointed on a 12-month fixed-term contract or internship, depending on the specific position.
