About the General Assistant Role
The successful candidate will support the daily operations of the Training Academy by ensuring that training venues, kitchens, dining areas, and communal spaces remain clean, organised, and ready for learners, facilitators, and visitors.
You will also assist with catering services during training sessions and help maintain high standards of hygiene, customer service, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
As a General Assistant, your duties will include:
- Preparing training venues and meeting rooms before sessions begin.
- Assisting with serving refreshments, meals, and beverages during training events.
- Cleaning and maintaining training rooms, kitchens, dining areas, and communal spaces.
- Replenishing tea, coffee, milk, stationery, cleaning products, and other consumables.
- Assisting with receiving, storing, and issuing stock according to company procedures.
