Job Overview
Hollywoodbets is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Field Sales Agents to join its growing Purple Team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Hollywoodbets’ mobile betting platform, signing up new customers, assisting with account registrations, achieving daily and monthly sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service while representing the brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Hollywoodbets’ mobile betting products and services.
- Sign up new customers and assist with account registrations.
- Help customers with betting queries and mobile app usage.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Drive customer activations and mobile marketing campaigns.
- Assist customers with FICA requirements during account registration.
- Encourage new customers to use their sign-up bonuses.
- Set up promotional displays at branches, events, and activations.
- Keep accurate records of daily sales and submit reports to management.
- Complete required training programmes and online learning modules.
- Travel between branches and stores when required.
- Maintain company equipment and ensure work areas remain neat and professional.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good understanding of mobile technology and internet usage.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel between branches as operationally required.
