✅ Minimum Requirements

- Grade 10 / NQF Level 3 with at least 1 year of work experience, OR
- Grade 12 (Matric) with no prior experience required

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Assist customers with product information and queries
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Merchandising
- Ensure shelves are stocked according to store layout and planograms
- Maintain proper product display standards
Housekeeping
- Keep the store clean, safe, and organized
- Ensure correct pricing and labeling of products
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas at all times
Safety & Compliance (OHSA)
- Follow occupational health and safety regulations
- Ensure safe movement for customers and staff within the store
- Report damaged stock, hazards, and irregularities
Stock Control
- Assist in reducing stock loss
- Report damaged or missing stock to management
