Key Responsibilities
Your daily duties may include:
- Selling movie tickets at the Box Office.
- Assisting customers with ticket enquiries.
- Preparing and serving popcorn, beverages, slushes, and other cinema refreshments.
- Operating food and beverage counters.
- Assisting customers throughout the cinema.
- Cleaning workstations, kitchens, counters, and customer areas.
- Ensuring food products are stored correctly.
- Preparing workstations before shifts begin.
- Promoting current cinema specials and promotions.
- Maintaining neat promotional displays and posters.
- Following health and safety procedures.
- Wearing the correct company uniform and maintaining a professional appearance.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Between 0 and 1 year’s work experience (experience is advantageous but not essential).
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Experience with VISTA or MYCC systems will be an added advantage.
