WHO CAN APPLY?
This opportunity is aimed at young South Africans who want to gain practical workplace experience and develop their skills in the freight forwarding and supply chain environment.
You must:
Have a completed Matric
Have 50% or above in English and Mathematics
Be a South African citizen
Be 35 years old or younger
Be unemployed
Have not previously completed a YES Programme

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAMME OFFER?
The YES Programme provides successful candidates with an opportunity to gain real workplace experience in a professional logistics environment.
The programme will commence in 2027 and will be based at the company’s PE Offices in Walmer.
Most importantly, on-the-job training will be provided, giving participants an opportunity to learn while gaining practical experience.
This could be a valuable opportunity for someone with Matric who wants to build their CV, gain workplace exposure and develop skills that can help them in their future career.

It will be advantageous if you have:
Good customer service skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
You should be willing to learn, communicate effectively and contribute positively to the team.
