ABOUT THE JOB
The successful driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting and delivering retail products to customers, stores, branches and other designated locations.
You will be expected to ensure that deliveries are completed safely, accurately and on time while following all traffic regulations, company procedures and road safety requirements.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Safely operating company vehicles and following all traffic laws.
Transporting and delivering stock to different locations.
Checking delivery documentation before and during deliveries.
Verifying product quantities to ensure that the correct stock is delivered.
Assisting with the loading and offloading of stock when required.
Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Ensuring that the assigned vehicle is kept clean and maintained properly.
Using your knowledge of local roads to ensure efficient deliveries.
Making sure deliveries are completed accurately and within the required timeframes.
Following all company safety procedures while operating the vehicle.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Valid Code 10 driver’s licence.
Valid PrDP / Professional Driving Permit.
At least 4 years’ experience as a driver.
Good communication skills.
Clean criminal record.
Must be available immediately.
