Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Promote and sell cosmetic, skincare, fragrance, and beauty products.
- Provide excellent customer service and professional beauty advice.
- Conduct makeovers, cosmetic demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable beauty products.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve individual, brand, and departmental sales targets.
- Monitor and manage stock levels.
- Report damaged, expired, or short stock to management.
- Ensure shelves and displays are clean, attractive, and fully stocked.
- Manage salon appointments where required.
- Stay informed about new beauty products, brands, and industry trends.
- Participate in beauty house promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and health and safety procedures.
- Escalate unresolved customer complaints to management.
Minimum Requirements

- Matric (Grade 12).
- Previous retail sales experience.
- Computer literacy.
- Willingness to work retail hours.
