Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a South African citizen.
• Be between 18 and 35 years of age.
• Possess a valid Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Have completed English as a Matric subject.

• Not have previously participated in a learnership.
• Not be registered for any full-time studies.
• Not currently be studying at another institution.
• Be willing to work at an AVBOB office within the allocated province.
