About the Momentum Group YES Learnership 2026
The Momentum Group is seeking for applicants who would like to obtain a YES learnership programme and receive theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The Momentum Group YES Learnership forms an integral part of Momentum’s broader Youth Development Strategy, which is designed to create meaningful social change and address the pressing challenge of youth unemployment in South Africa. Through this initiative, Momentum demonstrates its commitment to empowering young people by opening doors to practical, career-building opportunities.

Within Momentum Investments, a wide range of placements are available for unemployed youth to participate in a structured 12-month learnership. This programme, developed in partnership with the national Youth Employment Services (YES), enables participants to acquire valuable workplace experience, develop critical skills, and improve their long-term employability. In recognition of their participation, all successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend, ensuring that they are supported throughout the duration of the programme.

You will also be required to perform the duties below:

  • Obtain hands-on experience in different departments within Momentum Investments (such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Client Services, IT, and others) based on assigned placement
