Yogiberry, proudly part of the Pedros family, is opening a brand-new store at Westville Mall and is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Cashiers to join its launch team. As a Cashier, you will play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience by serving customers quickly, accurately, and professionally. You will be responsible for processing transactions, promoting products, handling payments, maintaining a clean front counter, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Process customer orders quickly and accurately.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Accept and process cash, card, and digital payments responsibly.
- Issue receipts and process refunds or exchanges when required.
- Promote current specials and recommend additional products to customers.
- Assist in managing customer queues during busy trading periods.
- Resolve basic customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Keep the cashier station clean, organised, and presentable.
- Balance the till and complete end-of-shift cash reconciliation reports.
- Safeguard company assets by following cash-handling procedures.
- Help prevent losses by following company policies and reporting irregularities.
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service at all times.
Minimum Requirements

- Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred.
