As a Lovisa Team Member, you are the heart and soul of the store experience. You will bring high energy to the floor every day, delivering top-tier customer service, helping shoppers style their favorite accessories, and offering specialized body piercing services. Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver World-Class Customer Service: Engage warmly with every customer, helping them navigate trends, discover new arrivals, and curate complete accessory looks.
- Perform Piercing Services: Safely and professionally conduct in-store ear and nose piercing services following comprehensive company training and hygiene protocols.
- Drive Sales Results: Actively work to meet and exceed daily store sales targets by providing high-touch, enthusiastic service on the retail floor.
- Maintain Stock & Visual Merchandising: Replenish stock swiftly on the move, keeping display boards full, organized, and visually appealing to shoppers.
- Register & Cash Handling: Efficiently operate the point-of-sale (POS) register, processing sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and pleasantly.
- Store Operations & Housekeeping: Perform opening and closing store duties, keeping the sales floor, counter area, and stockroom clean, tidy, and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Build positive, supportive relationships with your store colleagues and work together to maintain a fun, high-energy working environment.
