About the Role

The University of the Western Cape is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join its Assets Department. The successful candidates will assist with moving university furniture, equipment and other assets while also supporting transport operations and campus events.

The role combines driving responsibilities with physical work and requires individuals who can work safely, efficiently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Moving furniture and equipment on and off campus.
  • Packing and arranging venues for graduations, examinations and university functions.
  • Transporting assets between departments and the asset storeroom.
