Learnership Opportunity for Matriculants
IEC is offering an exciting Learnership Programme for 2027 to dynamic and ambitious matriculants interested in building a career in trade, retail and agriculture.
Successful candidates will gain valuable practical workplace experience, develop new skills and work alongside experienced teams while gaining insight into the agricultural and trade business.
Upon successful completion of the programme, candidates will obtain an NQF Level 5 qualification registered on the National Qualifications Framework and recognised nationally.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Mathematics, Accounting, Agriculture and/or Business-related subjects will be advantageous
- Interest in a career in trade, retail and agriculture
- Interest in customer service and marketing
- A copy of your latest school report must be submitted with your application
Skills and Competencies
- Good communication skills
- Good Afrikaans and English language skills
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office
- Good numerical skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
