Job Overview
The successful candidate will:

Minimum Requirements
Education
- Grade 12 certificate
- Valid Code 10 driver’s licence
- Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
Experience
Applicants must have:
- At least 2 years FMCG driving experience
- Experience delivering and selling FMCG products
- Cash handling experience
- Experience working with retail stores and traders

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Vehicle and Safety Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections
- Report faults and accidents immediately
- Ensure safe transport of goods
- Follow all road safety regulations
- Wear required PPE at all times
Stock and Loading Duties
- Verify stock against delivery orders
- Report shortages or discrepancies
- Assist with loading when needed
- Inspect product quality before delivery
- Ensure proper loading procedures
Customer Service and Sales
- Build strong customer relationships
- Promote company products and promotions
- Increase daily sales performance
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Maintain respectful communication
Delivery Responsibilities
- Deliver correct stock to customers
- Ensure timely deliveries
- Collect and return crates daily
