💼 About the Role
As a Frontline Customer Engagement Representative, you will work directly with customers in a fast-paced retail and sales environment. Your main responsibility will be helping customers purchase smartphones, upgrades, and mobile solutions while delivering excellent customer service.
You will also assist customers with product information, answer questions, and resolve customer queries professionally.
This role is best suited for candidates who enjoy sales, communication, customer interaction, and working in performance-driven environments.

• Fibre sales / Vuma sales
• Retail sales

• Direct marketing
• Field sales
• Any target-based or commission-driven environment

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Proven sales experience
