Key Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be responsible for a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties, including:
- Ensuring recreation centres and library facilities remain clean and tidy.

- Cleaning furniture, office equipment, and public areas.
- Removing refuse in line with hygiene and Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Cleaning paved walkways and tarmac surfaces.
- Preparing and maintaining specialised turfgrass areas when required.
- Watering flowerbeds and maintaining landscaped areas.
- Raking grass clippings from lawns.
- Preparing facilities and equipment for meetings, events, and community functions.
- Removing, storing, and arranging furniture after events.
- Reporting damaged equipment and maintenance issues to the line manager.
- Following workplace safety procedures and municipal regulations at all times.
