About the iMasFinance IT Short Term Learnership 2026
iMasFinance is currently searching for keen candidates who would like to obtain a proper learnership programme focusing on the IT Short Term department. The iMasFinance IT Short Term Learnership provides participants with practical experience in telesales and customer service within a call center environment.

The program combines structured theoretical training with hands-on coaching and mentoring to support participants throughout their learning journey. Successful candidates will enter into a 12-month fixed-term contract and receive a monthly allowance of R6,000. Upon successfully completing the program, participants will also earn an Insurance Qualification at NQF Level 4.

You will be required to perform the duties below:

  • Participants will conduct basic research while applying essential literacy and numeracy skills to understand insurance concepts and support risk assessment activities

  • Participants will apply legislative, ethical, and compliance principles within the insurance environment, ensuring that their work follows relevant regulations, professional standards, and industry requirements.
