As a Crate Hanger, you will support production by ensuring a continuous supply of crates to the production line. You will also help maintain cleanliness, separate clean and dirty crates, and ensure compliance with food safety, health, and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a Crate Hanger, your daily duties will include:
- Receiving crates delivered from the Logistics department.
- Hanging crates onto the crate conveyor belt.
- Ensuring production lines always have enough crates available.
- Separating clean crates from dirty crates before processing.
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards in the work area.
- Following all company safety procedures and policies.
- Participating in workplace safety meetings and training programmes.
- Wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
- Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
- Observing confined space safety procedures where applicable.
- Reporting food safety or product quality concerns immediately to management.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants should have:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Ability to read and write.
- At least one year of experience in beverage product packing or a similar manufacturing environment.
Candidates with previous experience in production, warehouse operations, packaging, or FMCG manufacturing will have an added advantage.
