Minimum Requirements

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum requirements:

Educational Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy).
  • Physical Science.
  • English.
  • A minimum pass mark of 40% in each of the above subjects.

In addition, applicants must possess either:

  • N2 qualification or higher in the relevant engineering discipline, or
  • NCV Level 4 in the appropriate engineering trade with all subjects passed at a minimum of 40%.
