Job Overview
Volpes, part of TFG (The Foschini Group), is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join its Galleria store in KwaZulu-Natal. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for retail, and is motivated by achieving sales targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, maintaining attractive merchandise displays, and ensuring the store is always ready to provide customers with an outstanding shopping experience. You will also stay informed about the latest décor and home fashion trends to help customers find products that best suit their needs.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Volpes.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets.
- Promoting and selling a wide range of home décor and lifestyle products.
- Keeping up to date with current décor and fashion trends.
- Identifying opportunities to generate additional sales.
- Replenishing stock and maintaining well-presented displays.
- Ensuring the store is neat, organised, and customer-ready.
- Assisting with general store operations when required.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
