WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You’ll assist with important store and cashier duties, including:
Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system
Scanning merchandise and processing customer payments
Handling cash safely and accurately
Assisting customers with a friendly and professional attitude
Promoting Clicks ClubCard and helping customers join
Informing customers about promotions and specials
Assisting with merchandising and keeping the store neat
Supporting stock management and general housekeeping
Staying up to date with products, promotions and events
Helping create a positive customer shopping experience
WHO CAN APPLY?
The essential requirement is:
Grade 12 / Matric
Retail or FMCG customer-service experience is desirable, especially if you have worked in a customer-facing environment before.
You should also have:
Basic maths and numeracy skills
Good communication skills
Computer literacy
Customer service skills
Planning and organising skills Problem-solving ability
The ability to follow instructions and procedures
A strong customer-focused attitude
