Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric).
  • Must be medically and physically fit.
  • Able to lift and carry heavy loads of up to 25kg.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
  • Able to stand for long periods.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willing to follow company policies and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Perform general physical labour duties.
  • Lift, carry, and move heavy materials and products.
  • Stack and palletize finished products correctly.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Inspect products and materials for defects.
  • Complete quality control documentation where required.
  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Wear and maintain the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Identify and report potential workplace safety hazards.
  • Assist in resolving safety risks where necessary.
  • Comply with all food safety policies and standards.
  • Support production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
