The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers find the best products to suit their needs while creating a welcoming shopping experience. This role also involves merchandising, stock replenishment, and contributing to the overall success of the store through teamwork and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Exact.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Promoting and selling a wide range of fashion and lifestyle products.
- Staying updated with the latest fashion and décor trends.
- Identifying opportunities to generate additional sales.
- Assisting with stock replenishment and ensuring shelves remain fully stocked.
- Maintaining an attractive, organised, and customer-friendly sales floor.
- Supporting daily store operations as required.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
