This programme combines theoretical learning with practical workplace experience, giving you the skills and qualifications needed to build a career in the service industry.

What the Learnership offers

Requirements
- South African citizen with a valid ID
- Between 18 and 35 years old – Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Currently unemployed
- Able to commit to the full 12-month programme
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Computer literacy, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service
- Clear criminal record and no participation in a previous learnership programme
Responsibilities
- Attend all theoretical and practical training sessions
- Provide high-level customer service via inbound and outbound interactions
- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Capture and confirm customer orders accurately
- Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders
- Promote e-Rele’s services and products
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Complete all assessments and portfolio requirements
